The AstroPlanet app was built to make space more interactive, more visual, and easier to enjoy. AstroPlanet began as a UK astrophotography project, capturing nebulae, galaxies, star clusters, the Moon, and planets from the night sky. The app takes that same passion and turns it into a more hands-on experience, bringing together astronomy, learning, games, and discovery in one place.

This is not an astrology app, a horoscope app, or a generic space app filled with random facts. AstroPlanet is about the real universe: real objects, real imaging, real curiosity, and the feeling people get when they look up and wonder what is out there.

The app is designed for anyone who enjoys space, whether they are completely new to astronomy or already fascinated by the night sky. Not everyone owns a telescope, and not everyone knows where to start with deep-sky objects, planets, or astrophotography. The AstroPlanet app gives people a simple way to explore, play, learn, and connect with space through their phone.

It is also part of the wider AstroPlanet Studios project. The website, image galleries, videos, arcade games, and app are all being built around the same idea: making astronomy feel less distant and more accessible. The app is another step toward turning AstroPlanet into a proper space-focused platform, not just a collection of images.
